We spent several delightful days exploring the beautiful town of Kampen and the surrounding areas. We first traveled along the dikes and through the countryside to the National Park. It was a rainy day, but we had a wonderful time. At the Kroller-Muller Museum, our guide, Reinier, explained some of the more interesting aspects of the Van Gogh paintings we were viewing. One of the highlights of our exploration of Kampen was the City Museum. Reinier again expertly explained the history of the city as we toured the various rooms. Our time in Kampen was so much richer with Reinier as our guide. We highly recommend him.
